1. Booking and Reservations

• Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a booking     confirmation email. Please review the details for accuracy.
• Payment: Payment terms, including deposits and balances, are specified during the booking process. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and     other methods as indicated.
• Special Requests: While we strive to accommodate special requests, they are     subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary based on the rate plan and booking channel. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.
• No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior notice may result in a charge equivalent     to the first night's stay or as specified in your booking terms.
• Modifications: Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur     additional charges.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: From 12:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: By 12:00 PM
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Ensure all personal and payment information is     accurate and up-to-date.
• Respect Property and Staff: Maintain respectful behavior towards staff, other     guests, and hotel property.
• Comply with Policies: Adhere to all hotel policies, including those related     to noise, smoking, and occupancy limits.

5. Facilities and Services

• Amenities:  Nomase Hotel offers various amenities, including air-conditioned rooms, private bathrooms, and dining options.
• Wi-Fi:  Internet access is available in designated areas. Usage is subject to our     acceptable use policy.
• Parking: Complimentary private parking is available on-site for guests.

6. Liability and Damages

• Personal  Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.     Nomase Hotel is not liable for loss or damage.
• Damages: Guests may be charged for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Force Majeure

Nomase Hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
